Mongrel Miniatures
This is interesting. Frank Hammond is involved in starting a new wargames company, Mongrel Miniatures. Frank seems to pop up on every modern wargaming mailing list I'm on, and always seems to have something interesting to say, so I'm pretty excited to see what happens. They are currently producing Cold War figures in 28mm, and note they will be coming out with some 3rd World figures! Cool.
