Future Water Wars in USA

According to this AP article (mirrored below), several Western US cities could experience "serious water conflict" in the next twenty five years. Sounds like an interesting idea for some speculative wargames to me.

Bob MacKenzie has been updating his nice modern micro armor site, including some interesting conversions and photos from a Sino Indian game (look under the "What's New" link for the most recent updates).

Rhodesia and South Africa: Military History has some interesting information online, especially in the online books section. The site seem to be very biased, though, and I can't vouch for the authenticity.
